PhotoBiz Website Builder Overview

This video tour will give you a walk through of the PhotoBiz Website Builder.

PhotoBiz Website Builder Overview

The PhotoBiz Website Builder gives you complete control over your website design, layout, and content. Whether you start with a template or use the PhotoBiz AI Website Creator, you have flexible tools to build and manage a professional photography website.

This overview explains how the Website Builder is organized, where to find the main tools, and how to manage your pages, blocks, and design settings. It also includes links to detailed guides that walk through each feature in more depth.

Getting Started

To access the PhotoBiz Website Builder, log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

PhotoBiz Website Builder Home Screen

If this is your first time logging into your account, or if your website was created using an older version of PhotoBiz, you may be guided through the PhotoBiz AI Website Creator.

The AI Website Creator helps you quickly generate a fully structured website using your images and business details.

During setup, you can:

• Select your website template
• Upload your logo
• Upload your images
• Add your business details and the language you want your website content generated in

PhotoBiz will automatically generate your website pages, layout structure, starter content, and basic SEO settings. From there, you can customize everything to match your brand and preferences.

Full Guide: Getting Started With PhotoBiz AI Website Creator

If you prefer to skip the AI setup, you can select a template manually and begin building your website right away.

How The Builder Is Organized

The PhotoBiz Website Builder is organized into five main sections across the top navigation bar.

• BUILDER – Create and edit your website pages
• DESIGN – Customize colors, fonts, spacing, and layout styling
• SETTINGS – Manage site-wide features and integrations
• TRACKING – Add analytics and SEO tracking tools
• VIEW SITE – Preview your website on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

Most day-to-day editing takes place inside the BUILDER tab.

Working With Pages

Your website pages appear in a list on the left side of the Builder.

From this section, you can:

• Add new pages
• Create drop-down navigation menus
• Add navigation links
• Reorder pages using drag-and-drop
• Edit existing pages and content

Adding a New Page

Click NEW PAGE in the top-left corner above your page list.

You can choose from the following options:

• New Page
• Drop Down Menu
• Link

If you select New Page, the right-side panel will open where you can choose either a blank page or a pre-designed page layout. Layouts can be filtered by type to help you quickly find what you need.

Click SELECT to choose the layout you want to use.

After selecting your layout, you can:

• Set the navigation name (what displays in your website menu)
• Choose whether to include layout content
• Set visibility preferences

Click CREATE PAGE to add the page to your website.

Once added, you can drag and drop the page in your page list to reorder your navigation.

Page Management Tools

When editing a page, three tools appear in the top-right corner of the Builder.

• COPY
• SEO
• SETTINGS

These tools apply only to the page you currently have open.

Copy A Page

The COPY button duplicates the entire page, including all blocks and layout structure.

This is helpful when:

• Creating similar service pages
• Building location-specific pages
• Reusing a layout structure
• Creating seasonal or promotional versions of a page

After clicking COPY, the right-side panel opens. From there you can:

• Enter a new page name
• Choose whether to include existing content or only the layout structure
• Set page visibility options

Click CREATE COPY to finish.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

The SEO button controls how a page appears in search engines and when shared online.

If you used the AI Website Creator, the meta title, description, and keywords will already be generated based on your business profile.

Inside Page SEO, you can edit:

• Meta Title
• Meta Description
• Meta Keywords
• Friendly URL
• Advanced page tracking (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other scripts)

The SEO section also includes Ask PhotoBiz AI SEO tools. These tools analyze your page content and generate optimized meta titles, descriptions, and keyword suggestions that you can review and edit before saving.

Page Settings

The SETTINGS button controls how the page behaves on your website.

Within Page Settings, you can:

• Update the page navigation name
• Set page visibility (Visible, Hidden, or Disabled)
• Add an optional page password
• Choose whether to display the Header
• Choose whether to display the Footer

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your updates.

These settings apply only to the page you are editing.

Adding a Drop-Down Menu

Click NEW PAGE and select DROP DOWN.

The right-side panel will open where you can:

• Name the drop-down menu
• Set visibility options

Click SAVE CHANGES to add the drop-down to your navigation.

Drop-down menus act as containers for pages and links. You cannot add blocks inside a drop-down menu, and you cannot place a drop-down menu inside another drop-down.

To add pages beneath a drop-down menu, simply drag a page into the drop-down. The drop-down will highlight when positioned correctly.

Adding a Link to Your Navigation

Click NEW PAGE and select LINK.

The right-side panel will open where you can enter a navigation name, choose visibility options, and select the type of link you want to create.

You can link to:

• External Link
• Page (another page or an anchor link to a specific block on a page)
• Form
• Marketing Campaign
• File
• Phone
• Email
• Address
• Video
• Pop-Ups

Click SAVE CHANGES to add the link to your navigation.

Adding and Editing Blocks on Your Pages

Every page in the PhotoBiz Builder is built using blocks. Blocks allow you to control your layout and add content without needing to write code.

You can:

• Add new blocks
• Edit existing blocks
• Rearrange blocks using drag-and-drop
• Move blocks between pages

The DuoBuild layout feature automatically places supported blocks side-by-side when they are positioned next to each other, creating a two-column layout.
