When you purchase a Logo Service you will receive a questionnaire to help our team learn more about your business and your goals for the service. Our work begins once you complete the questionnaire.

Goal: Receive completed questionnaire from you within 10 business days.

Note: The submission of the questionnaire constitutes the start of the Service and our work. Once a Service has begun, the money-back guarantee no longer applies, and the service will not be refunded.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, our Pro Services team will create a collection of 3 initial logo concepts and send the designs to you to review.

Goal: Provide logo concepts to you within 7 business days of receiving your
completed questionnaire.

Please select your favorite logo concept and provide a written list of edits (by completing the feedback form or by email) to your Pro Services Account Manager. Please be detailed and feel free to include screenshots with markups, including if you would like to combine elements from the different concepts.

Goal: Receive your feedback within 5 business days of providing the
initial concepts.

We will implement your edits and send you up to 2 updated logo
concepts to review.

Goal: Provide updated logo concepts within 7 business days.

Please select your favorite logo concept and provide a final written list of edits (by completing the feedback form or by email) to your Pro Services Account Manager. Please be detailed and feel free to include screenshots with markups.

Goal: Receive your feedback within 5 business days of providing the design.

We will implement your final edits and package up your final logo design along with color and font information.

Goal: Provide final design within 7 business days.

Note: You will receive a single logo in the following formats: JPEG, PNG, and EPS.
