How to Use the Move Function in the PhotoBiz Website Builder

The Move function in the PhotoBiz Website Builder gives you an easy way to relocate a block from one page to another — or to move it to the top or bottom of the same page. This feature is especially helpful for users who prefer not to use drag and drop, or who want more precise control over block placement.

You can still use drag and drop to move blocks between pages, but the Move tool offers a simpler and more guided experience — especially for clients working on longer pages or who find drag and drop challenging.

Why Use the Move Tool?

  • Move a block from one page to another with just a few clicks

  • Send a block to the top or bottom of a page instantly

  • Avoid dragging through long pages or menus

  • Keep your content intact without rebuilding it from scratch

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the page that has the block you want to move.

STEP THREE

Find the block you'd like to move and click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of that block. In the menu that appears, click MOVE.

STEP FOUR

A panel will appear on the right-hand side of your screen with move options.

  • Choose the destination page — If you're moving the block to a different page, click the dropdown and select your new page. If you're just moving the block to the top or bottom of the same page, you can leave the default selection as-is.

  • Choose the position — Select whether you want the block to appear at the Top or Bottom of the selected page.

FINAL STEP

Click MOVE BLOCK to complete the move. Your block will be removed from its original location and added to the new page or location you've selected. 

Helpful Tips

  • The Move tool is perfect for reorganizing your content across pages without copy-pasting or re-adding blocks.

  • If you’re unsure about removing the block from its current spot, use the Duplicate option first to keep a copy in place.
