How to Change Your Template in PhotoBiz

One of the great things about the PhotoBiz Website platform is that you can change your template at any time — for no extra cost!
All of your content will automatically move into the new design, so you don't have to re-upload or rebuild your website from scratch.

This guide will walk you through how to browse templates and switch to a new design whenever you're ready for a fresh look.

💡 Pro Tip

Your template mainly affects:

  • The style and location of your menu
  • The placement of your logo and social icons
  • Whether your site is full-screen or boxed

Changing your template does not change the content, layout, or position of Builder Blocks on your pages.
You can always customize pages using your builder and block settings or add pre-designed pages!

Important:
When switching templates, you can keep your current design settings (colors, fonts, etc.) or reset to the default settings of the new template.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on DESIGN at the top of your Website Builder control panel.

STEP THREE

At the top, you’ll see your current template.
Click on the CHANGE button to open the template catalog.

Note: Clicking "Change" does not immediately switch your template — it just opens the catalog!

STEP FOUR

Browse and Add New Templates

On the right side, click the Add New Templates button.
This opens the full catalog of PhotoBiz templates — and all are included with your membership!

STEP FIVE

Browse through the available templates.

  • Newest templates are listed first to help you stay on-trend!

  • You can Preview a template by clicking the Sample button.

    This opens a sample site (like jackie.photobiz.com) where you can view the template live — even on mobile!
  • When you find one you like, click Add to add it to your account.

💡 Pro Tip

Once a template is added to your control panel, you can preview it using your own content

Choose Your Design Settings

After adding a new template, you'll be asked:

  • Keep My Current Settings: Keeps your existing colors, fonts, and styling.
  • Use New Template Settings: Uses the default design settings of the new template.

Choose the option that fits your vision best!

FINAL STEP

Apply Your New Template

Under YOUR TEMPLATES, you'll see all templates you've added.

Each template gives you two options:

  • Save: Apply the template to your live website.
  • Preview: See how your current website would look in the new template without publishing it yet.

How To Rename or Delete Templates

You can also Rename or Delete templates by hovering over a template box — just click the pencil to rename or the trashcan to delete.

Customize Your New Look

Once you've applied a new template, you can:

  • Customize fonts and colors
  • Organize your pages and blocks
  • Add Page Load, Image Hover, & Button Hover animations
  • Continue building with your updated design!
