PhotoBiz Website Builder Overview

Overview of PhotoBiz Website Builder Blocks

Overview

The PhotoBiz Website Builder uses content blocks to help you create custom pages for your photography business. Each block serves a specific purpose, such as displaying images, adding written content, collecting inquiries, selling products, or allowing clients to book services.

You can combine multiple block types on the same page and arrange them in the order you want visitors to see them. This guide explains every block available in the PhotoBiz Website Builder and helps you choose the right block for your content.

How Website Builder Blocks Work

Blocks are individual sections of content that you add to a website page. Each block includes its own content, layout, and design settings.

Some blocks allow you to add content directly inside the Website Builder. Other blocks display information managed in another area of your PhotoBiz account, such as the ECommerce Dashboard, Forms Dashboard, Scheduler, Blog, or Client Galleries Dashboard.

The available layouts and customization settings depend on the block you select. Depending on the block, you may be able to adjust its colors, backgrounds, fonts, spacing, animations, and content layout.

Choosing the Right Block

Choose a block based on what you want visitors to see or do.

  • Use a Title Block for the main heading on a page.
  • Use a Text Editor Block for written information.
  • Use a Text + Image Block to combine written content with an image.
  • Use an Images Block to display a photography portfolio or image collection.
  • Use a Banner Block to highlight an important message or call to action.
  • Use a Form Block to collect inquiries or other information.
  • Use a Products Block to sell products from your online store.
  • Use a Services Block to display services available for purchase.
  • Use a Scheduler Block to allow clients to book appointments online.
  • Use an FAQ Block to answer common customer questions.

Title Block

The Title Block adds a prominent heading to your page. The text inside a Title Block automatically uses an H1 heading tag, which helps identify the primary topic of the page for visitors and search engines.

For the clearest page structure, use one Title Block as the main heading on each page.

Using DuoBuild

DuoBuild is a built-in Website Builder feature that allows two supported blocks to appear next to each other in a two-column layout.

DuoBuild is not a separate block, page template, or layout setting. When you position two supported blocks beside each other, they automatically snap into equal-width columns. Each block keeps its own content and design settings.

The following blocks support DuoBuild:

  • Text Editor Block
  • Text + Image Block
  • Images Block
  • List Block
  • Banner Block
  • Video Block
  • Form Block
  • Button Block
  • HTML Block

On smaller screens, including most phones, DuoBuild sections automatically stack vertically. The block positioned on the left appears first, followed by the block positioned on the right.
