PhotoBiz Website Package includes Scheduler. PhotoBiz Scheduler allows you to easily make booking appointments through your website available to your customers. You can book appointments and take payments through your merchant or allow free booking. This guide is an overview of Scheduler Services and their settings.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on SERVICES at the top of your Scheduler control panel to create a new service or edit existing services.
In this section, you can create new scheduler service categories, create new scheduler services, or edit existing scheduler services.
Once you've created a new service or clicked on an existing service name, you'll have a lot of service settings that you can configure. There's a breakdown of each setting below:
DETAILS
Details allow you to update the Service Name, Description, Duration, Price, Sales Tax, and Active status.
IMAGE
After you set up the details of your new Scheduler Service, the next step would be to add an image to represent that new service. This is an optional step but it can really add a nice touch to the page when viewed by your customer. You can upload a custom image, select an image you have stored in your image clipboard, or select from an available stock image.
OPTIONS
Your Scheduler Service provides you the ability to offer options to add additional value to your customers. This can include things like add-ons for an additional fee, backdrop selection for your session, and more.

AVAILABILITY
When adding a new service in the Scheduler, you can set your availability for that service. You can choose between 2 settings:
- No (default): your scheduler service will operate according to the hours of operation that you have set up in the Scheduler in the Availability section.
- Limited Schedule: This setting will override your hours of operation you have set up in the Availability section and allow you to offer this service on specific days and times outside of your regular hours of operation.
TIME OFF
This section allows you to add time off for specific services so that they're not available on a specific date.

INSTRUCTIONS
Special Instructions allow you to request additional information from your clients before they book their session. You can also choose whether these section is required or not to complete booking.
THANK YOU
The "thank you" section allows you to customize the thank you message that is sent when your customer books you for the service. In addition, you can place in your email address within the Email Notification field to receive an email when your customers book your service. You can place multiple email addresses in the Email Notification field, separated by a comma.

EMAIL AUTOMATION
You can connect a specific email series you create in the email automation area of the Marketing tool here. or create or edit one directly from here. An Email series will automate what happens when someone books an appointment.
SEO & SEARCH
The SEO & Search section allows you to add tags, on-site search keywords and provides the ability to customize the SEO.
- Tags: Adding tags will allow you to customize what shows up on your website when you're using the Scheduler block.
- Keywords: Enter keywords that match this service for on-site searching.
- SEO Preferences: This allows you to set your SEO preferences to "Auto" or "Custom". "Auto" will pull the service's title, description and keywords automatically while the "Custom" option allows you to place exactly what you want in those areas.
