How to Set Up Your Hours of Operation in the PhotoBiz Scheduler
Your PhotoBiz Scheduler (included with your Website Package) lets clients book sessions directly through your website based on your set business hours. Configuring your Hours of Operation ensures clients can only book appointments during times that work for you.
Pro Tip
Your Scheduler uses the time zone set in your PhotoBiz account. Before you launch your Scheduler to clients, double-check your time zone settings in the My Account section.Learn More: How To Check My Account Time Zone
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click AVAILABILITY at the top center of your Scheduler control panel.
STEP THREE
Set up your daily Hours of Operation.
In this section, you can define the hours and days that clients can schedule with you. Use the available options to adjust your open and closed times for each day of the week.
Once you’ve entered your preferred schedule, scroll to the bottom and click SAVE CHANGES to apply your updates.
FINAL STEP
Review your availability settings to make sure they align with your services. Any changes you make here will automatically update across your Scheduler and booking pages.
