How to Sync Your PhotoBiz Scheduler with Google Calendar

The PhotoBiz Scheduler lets you offer easy online booking for your clients — and you can sync your scheduled appointments directly to your personal calendar! If you use Google Calendar, this guide will walk you through how to connect it to your PhotoBiz Scheduler.

Important to Know:

This is a one-way sync. Changes you make in PhotoBiz Scheduler will update in Google Calendar, but updates made directly in Google Calendar will NOT sync back to PhotoBiz.
Your feed will include appointments up to one year in the future.

STEP ONE

Log into Your PhotoBiz Account

Once logged in, click SCHEDULER from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Get Your Calendar Feed Link

In your Scheduler control panel, click CALENDAR FEED at the top center of the page.

STEP THREE

Copy Your Calendar Feed URL

Highlight and copy the Calendar Feed link. You’ll use this link in the next steps inside your Google Calendar.

STEP FOUR

Add the Feed to Google Calendar

Open Google Calendar in a web browser (we recommend using Google Chrome).
Find the section labeled Other Calendars on the left-hand side.
Click the + icon next to Other Calendars.
Select From URL.
Paste the Calendar Feed link you copied from PhotoBiz into the field provided.
Click Add Calendar.

That’s it! Your PhotoBiz Scheduler appointments will now appear in your Google Calendar.

A Few More Tips:

Sync Timing: Google controls how often it checks for updates — typically about once every hour. However, it can sometimes take up to 12 hours for new appointments to show up.
Editing Appointments:

Always make changes (like canceling or rescheduling) inside your PhotoBiz Scheduler.

Changes made directly in Google Calendar will not update your Scheduler — remember, it’s a one-way sync.
