Managing appointments efficiently is crucial for any business. With PhotoBiz Scheduler, you have the tools to keep your scheduling organized while keeping your clients informed.
This guide walks you through the simple steps to cancel an appointment for your client.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you cancel an appointment that has a payment or deposit, a refund will not be issued automatically. You will need to log into your merchant account to manually refund the client’s payment method.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account, hover over the left side menu, and click SCHEDULER.
STEP TWO
Under APPOINTMENTS, search for the appointment by date. Click on the time slot to open the appointment details.
STEP THREE
Click the CANCEL button.
FINAL STEP
Be sure to read through the Appointment Cancellation notes:
- You are about to cancel this appointment, this action
cannot be undone. - If your appointment had an online payment, this action
will not issue your client a refund. This will have to be
done through your merchant. - Canceling this appointment will make this time slot
available again.
✔ Check the box to confirm cancellation, then click YES, CANCEL to finalize the process.
Canceled appointments will appear in your Appointments report as "Canceled" once the process is complete.
