The thank you section of each service offers a way to send a message to your client immediately after they book. You can add images, text, links for things like styling guides, pre-session tips and more so they can have everything they need before their session! The article below will show you how to add a thank you message, how to embed images, add links and files.
STEP ONE
Navigate to your service
Go to SCHEDULER on the left-side menu, then go to SERVICES in the top menu. Click on the service you want to customize the thank you message for then click on thank you from the side menu items.

STEP TWO
Edit your thank you message
Add a notification email if you want booking notifications for this service to go to a separate email besides the one on the account.
Below that, you can edit the subject of the thank you message and the message itself.
Make sure to save changes when you're done.
