Your PhotoBiz account gives you different options for using a custom domain name for your website. All new accounts start on a temporary domain name so you can get started with your account without having to set up a domain name until you're ready to make your website live with your branding. This article contains the answers to our 3 most common domain setup questions.
Option 1: I need to purchase a new domain registration.
You can register a .com, .net, .biz, or .org domain name through your PhotoBiz account. The cost is $12 one time + $3.50/month OR $42.00/annual for renewal depending on the type of plan you have. Check out our guide on registering a new domain in your PhotoBiz account at the button below.
Option 2: I want to set up an existing domain registered with a 3rd party registrar and keep my domain registration with that provider.
You can use an existing domain name that you have already purchased through a 3rd party registrar (example: Name Cheap, Go Daddy, Google Domains, etc.) for no extra cost with PhotoBiz.
Important Note: If you use a domain that is registered with a 3rd party, you'll need to remember to pay for your domain name registration renewal separate from your PhotoBiz membership.

Option 3: I want to set up an existing domain AND transfer the domain registration into your PhotoBiz to have everything in one place.
You can use an existing domain name that you've already purchased through a 3rd party and also transfer the domain registration renewal into your PhotoBiz account.
The cost is $25/one time to transfer the domain name into your PhotoBiz account. We also will handle the domain renewal for $3.50/month or $42.00/annual depending on the type of plan you have with your PhotoBiz membership.
