We’ve upgraded our Domain Name System (DNS) to Amazon Route 53 — a trusted, reliable, and scalable service that helps your website run faster and more smoothly.
The best part? You can switch to this improved system at no extra cost and enjoy all the benefits it brings.
This quick guide will walk you through how to update your domain name servers to start using Amazon Route 53.
📌 What You’ll Need
You’ll need access to the account where your domain name is registered (this is called your domain registrar).
💡 If you’re currently using PhotoBiz name servers with Rackspace, you won’t experience any downtime — just follow the steps below.

🔍 Not Sure Who Your Registrar Is?
No problem!
Just go to https://www.misk.com/tools/#whois, type in your domain name (like yourdomain.com) and click WHOIS.
Look for the Registrar listed in the report — that’s who your domain is registered with.
Tip: If the Registrar doesn’t look familiar, check for a “Reseller” — sometimes domains are registered through third-party services!

STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on DOMAINS in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
If you’re not already using Route 53 name servers, you’ll see a message like the one in the screenshot.
STEP THREE
Check the YES, move my DNS records to Route 53 box and then click on the green and white migrate records button.
This will generate the new domain name servers that you're going to change in the 3rd party account that you have registered your domain name with.
FINAL STEP
Log into your domain registrar account (where your domain is registered), and update the DNS settings by replacing the current name servers with the four new ones from your PhotoBiz control panel.
