Our Domain Name System (DNS) has been upgraded to Amazon Route 53, a reliable and scalable DNS web service. You can switch to our new DNS without any additional cost and take advantage of its benefits. This guide will walk you through the steps of changing your domain name servers to use Amazon Route 53.
Important Note: You'll need to have access to your domain registrar to make this update. If you're using the PhotoBiz domain name servers with Rackspace, you won't experience any downtime if you follow the steps in this guide.

Not Sure Who Your Registrar Is?
Go to the following link, https://www.misk.com/tools/#whois and type in your domain. Make sure to include the .com .org .net etc. Then Hit WHOIS. One of the options on the report is Registrar. That will be who your domain is registered through. Note: if you do not recognize your registrar look for the Reseller option, it is common for companies to use a third party registrar! .
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the DOMAINS option in your left side menu.
STEP TWO
If you're not using AWS name servers, you'll see a message similar to the one in the screen shot below.
STEP THREE
Check the YES, move my DNS records to Route 53 box and then click on the green and white migrate records button.
This will generate the new domain name servers that you're going to change in the 3rd party account that you have registered your domain name with.
STEP FOUR
Click on the VIEW NAME SERVERS button to access your four (4) domain name servers.
FINAL STEP
You'll need to log into your domain provider account and replace the existing domain name servers with the four (4) new ones available in your PhotoBiz control panel.
