Create a Free Shipping Coupon in Your PhotoBiz Store

Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes our built-in ECommerce tool, which makes it easy to sell your prints, products, packages, and more online. You can also run promotions and special offers using coupons — a great way to reward your customers!

This guide will walk you through how to create a Free Shipping coupon to offer extra value with your orders.

📌 Before You Begin

To create a Free Shipping coupon, you’ll need to have at least one shipping method set up in your ECommerce.

👉 How To Set Up Shipping Methods

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE from the menu on the left.

STEP TWO

At the top center of your control panel, hover over "PAYMENTS" and click on COUPONS from the drop-down menu.

STEP THREE

Click the NEW COUPON button, then select the FREE SHIPPING option.
Click CONTINUE to move to the next step.

STEP FOUR

Enter your coupon details. You’ll need to fill in:

DISCOUNT CODE (what your customer will type in)
BEGIN DATE (when it starts)
EXPIRATION DATE (when it ends)

You can also customize it further with optional settings like:

DESCRIPTION
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF USES
MINIMUM / MAXIMUM ORDER PRICE

Once you're ready, click NEXT: CHOOSE ITEM.

FINAL STEP

Choose which shipping options your coupon will apply to.
You can select:

ALL – apply the coupon to every shipping method
SPECIFIC SHIPPING OPTIONS – pick just the ones you want

Click CREATE COUPON when you’re done.

Once created, you'll be redirected back to your main Coupons page, where you can view and manage all your coupon codes.
