If a coupon code is not applying at checkout, it is usually due to a setup limitation or usage rule tied to the coupon. PhotoBiz coupons can be restricted by dates, number of uses, item eligibility, and order requirements. This guide walks through the most common reasons a coupon may not work and how to resolve each issue.
The Coupon Has Already Been Used
If the coupon is set to a limited number of uses (including single-use coupons), it cannot be used again once the limit is reached.
Check:
Max Number of Uses in the coupon settings
Whether the coupon has already been redeemed
The Coupon Is Expired or Not Yet Active
Coupons only work within their active date range.
Check:
Begin Date
Expiration Date
If the current date falls outside this range, the coupon will not apply.
The Coupon Does Not Apply to the Item in the Cart
If the coupon is limited to specific items or item types, it will only apply when those items are in the cart.
Check:
Whether the coupon is restricted to:
Specific products
Prints or digital images
Services, Scheduler items, or packages
That the eligible item is actually added to the cart
Minimum or Maximum Order Requirements Are Not Met
Some coupons require the order to fall within a specific price range.
Check:
Min Order Price
Max Order Price
If the order total does not meet these requirements, the coupon will not apply.
A Sale Campaign Is Already Applied
Depending on your campaign settings, coupons may not be allowed on items that are already discounted by a sale campaign.
Check:
Whether the item is currently on sale
Your campaign settings for coupon stacking
Coupons Are Being Used in an Unsupported Checkout Type

Ecommerce
Scheduler
Client Galleries
Coupons do not apply to:
