How to Edit or Disable a Coupon in PhotoBiz
You can edit or disable an existing coupon at any time in your PhotoBiz account. This is useful if you need to update discount details, stop a promotion early, or prevent further use of a coupon without deleting it. This guide explains how to make changes to an existing coupon.
You cannot change the coupon type once it's been generated, you'll want to delete and re-create the coupon code if you want to change the type of coupon it is.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Mouse over the PAYMENT menu item and click on COUPONS in the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Locate the coupon you want to update in the coupon list.
Click the coupon name to open its settings.
STEP FOUR
Make any necessary changes, including:

Discount amount
-
Expiration date
-
Max number of uses
-
Eligible items
-
Minimum or maximum order requirements
Click SAVE CHANGES when finished.
FINAL STEP
To disable a coupon without deleting it:

Set the Expiration Date to a past date, or
-
Set the Max Number of Uses to 0
This prevents the coupon from being redeemed again.
Helpful Notes

Editing a coupon does not affect past orders.

Disabling a coupon keeps it available for future reference.

Deleted coupons cannot be restored.
