PhotoBiz sales campaigns let you automatically apply discounts to prints, products, and packages sold through your website and Client Galleries. In addition to campaign discounts, you can choose whether coupon codes are allowed to apply to the same items for an additional discount. This guide explains where to find these settings and how to control how multiple discounts are applied.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
At the top-center of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over PAYMENT and click CAMPAIGNS from the drop-down menu.
In the upper-right corner of the Campaigns screen, click the GEAR ICON to open your campaign settings.
Choose how discounts should work when multiple offers apply:
Select whether coupon codes can be applied in addition to active sales campaigns.
Choose how items included in multiple campaigns should be discounted:
Apply the highest discount, or
Apply the lowest discount.
After making your selections, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to apply your preferences.
These settings apply globally to all campaigns in your account.
Coupon stacking can significantly increase discounts, so review your pricing carefully before enabling this option.
Changes take effect immediately for new orders.
