How to Add Additional Shipping Fees for Specific Countries in PhotoBiz ECommerce
With PhotoBiz ECommerce, you can easily manage shipping options for your clients. If you sell products that require delivery and you receive orders from other countries, you may need to charge additional shipping fees to cover extra costs.
For example, if you’re a photographer based in the United States and need to ship an order to Canada or Mexico, you can add a country-specific shipping fee. Once set up, these fees will automatically apply based on the customer’s shipping address during checkout.
Follow the steps below to add additional shipping fees for specific countries.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top center of your ECommerce control panel, hover over PAYMENT, then click SHIPPING from the dropdown menu.
STEP THREE
In the Shipping section, you’ll see a list of your current shipping methods.
Click the shipping method you’d like to add country-specific fees to, or create a new shipping method if needed.
STEP FOUR
In the left column, click the COUNTRY FEES tab, then click NEW SHIPPING COUNTRY.
FINAL STEP
Select the Country Name from the dropdown list that you want to charge an additional fee for.
Enter the amount you’d like to add under Additional Cost, then click ADD SHIPPING COUNTRY to save and activate your new country-specific fee.
Repeat these steps for any other countries where you need to include extra shipping costs.
