With PhotoBiz ECommerce, if you're selling anything through your site that requires delivery, you can set up shipping methods in the ecommerce control panel. If you have clients that are placing their orders to another country, you may need to charge an additional fee to cover your costs. For example if you're a photographer in the United States and need to ship an order to Canada or Mexico. You can set up specific additional country fees with your shipping methods to cover your costs. Any clients purchasing from the countries you add will automatically be charged the additional shipping fees based on the shipping address they enter during the check out process. This guide will walk you through how to add additional shipping fees for specific countries.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the ECOMMERCE tab in the left side menu.
This will allow you to access the ECommerce control panel for your PhotoBiz account.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over PAYMENT and then click on SHIPPING in the drop down menu.
STEP THREE
In this section, you'll see any shipping methods you're currently offering to your clients. Click on the shipping method that you want set up additional fees for a specific country with or create a new shipping method.
STEP FOUR
Click on the COUNTRY FEES tab in the left column and then click on NEW SHIPPING COUNTRY button.
FINAL STEP
Select the COUNTRY NAME from the drop down menu that you want to charge an additional fee to ship to.
Update the ADDITIONAL COST section to include the price you want to charge to ship to that country.
Click on ADD SHIPPING COUNTRY to activate the new country fee. You can repeat these steps for any other country that you may need to ship an order to cover your cost.
