How to Apply Sales Tax to Shipping in PhotoBiz ECommerce

If you're selling items on your PhotoBiz website that require delivery or pickup, you’ll want to set up shipping methods in your ECommerce control panel. These can include options like free in-studio pickup, flat-rate shipping, or carrier-based rates.

If you also need to charge sales tax on shipping, this guide will walk you through how to enable that option.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of the ECommerce dashboard, hover over PAYMENT, then select SHIPPING from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Click on an existing shipping method or click the NEW SHIPPING METHOD button to create a new one.

STEP FOUR

Look for the option labeled "Apply Sales Tax to Shipping"
Select YES, then click SAVE CHANGES.

✅ That’s it! Sales tax will now be calculated and added to your client’s shipping fees during checkout—based on your tax settings.
