Overview
The Sales Tax Report in PhotoBiz helps you track how much tax you have collected from your clients over a specific time period. This report is useful for filing taxes, reviewing monthly totals, and keeping accurate financial records.
In this guide, you will learn how to access your Sales Tax Report, select a date range, and export the report for your records.
Before running a Sales Tax Report, you must have at least one sales tax line set up in your ECommerce settings.
If no tax lines are configured, the report will not display any data.

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.
At the top of your ECommerce dashboard, hover over TRACKING and select REPORTS from the dropdown menu.
Select TAX REPORT from the list of available reports.
Choose the date range you want to review. You can select a custom range or choose a full year to generate an annual summary.
Click RUN REPORT to generate your Sales Tax Report.
Once the report loads, you can review your tax data directly on the screen. To save or share the report, use the available options below the report to export it as a .csv file or print a copy for your records.
When successful, you will see a full breakdown of your collected sales tax based on the selected date range.
