How To Access Sales Tax Reports

How to View & Export Your Sales Tax Report in PhotoBiz ECommerce

With your PhotoBiz Website Package, you can sell products, accept deposits, and take payments for appointments—all while managing your sales tax settings with ease. This guide shows you how to generate and export a Sales Tax Report from your ECommerce dashboard.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your ECommerce dashboard, hover over TRACKING and select REPORTS from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

From the report options, choose TAX REPORT.
You can then select a specific date range or choose a year if you’d like a full annual summary.

Your Tax Report Will Show:

  • State/Province – Where the sale occurred

  • County – The local area where the sale was made

  • Tax Amount Charged Per Month – A monthly breakdown of tax collected

  • Overall Total Tax Amount – Total tax collected for the entire selected date range

FINAL STEP 

Once you’ve selected the report type and date range, click RUN REPORT to view your data.

To export the report as a .csv file or print it for your records, simply click the appropriate option located below the report type.
