STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECommerce in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top, center of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over TRACKING and then click on ORDERS in the drop down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the Order Number that you want to resend the receipt for.
STEP FOUR
Click on the RESEND option to resend the order receipt to your client
FINAL STEP
The right-side menu will open and you'll be able to change the email address, email subject, and email message for your receipt if you want to customize it.
Click on the send button to resend your client's receipt to them.
