PhotoBiz ECommerce makes it easy to view client details from orders and export customer email addresses—perfect for using in third-party programs like newsletters or CRMs.
Your PhotoBiz membership includes 10,000 marketing emails per month, which you can use to market directly to these same customers through the Contacts section of your account—no exporting needed!
Follow the steps below to export your customer emails as a CSV file:
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the menu on the left.
Hover over TRACKING, then click REPORTS in the dropdown menu.
From the Report Type dropdown, choose CUSTOMER, then click RUN REPORT.
Pro Tip: Set a custom date range before running the report to narrow down your results.
Click the EXPORT button to download a .csv file with your customer email addresses and other details.
Your exported file will include customer names, emails, and order data—great for organizing, importing into external tools, or analyzing your sales trends!
