Overview
When a client places an order through your PhotoBiz account, it is automatically saved in your ECommerce dashboard. You can access these orders at any time to review payment status, view customer details, and manage fulfillment. This guide walks you through how to locate and open your orders, as well as how to search for specific orders quickly. By the end, you will know how to access and review all of your order information in one place.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-hand menu. This opens your ECommerce control panel where all order activity is managed.
At the top of the ECommerce control panel, hover over TRACKING, then click on ORDERS from the drop-down menu.
Click on any Order Number to open the order details. You will be able to review all information related to that order, including items purchased, payment status, and customer details.
You can filter your order list to quickly find specific orders using the search tools at the top of the Orders page.

You can also choose how many orders appear per page, including 25, 50, or 100 results. After applying your filters, click Search to display the results.
