You can easily find the orders your customers have placed with your ECommerce in your PhotoBiz account. Once your customer has completed the checkout, PhotoBiz will automatically send out an order notification email to let you know an order has been placed. The order will also be captured and stored in your account and displayed as an account notification in the ORDERS section on the home page of your PhotoBiz control panel. The right side menu will open to your notifications center and you can click on each order to access the details. This guide will walk you through how to view your orders in your ECommerce control panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the ECOMMERCE option in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Mouse of the TRACKING option at the top center of your ECommerce control panel and click on ORDERS in the drop down menu.
FINAL STEP
Click on the Order Number to view the order details.
SEARCHING ORDERS
- Time Frame: Last 6 months, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, Custom Date
- Customer: Last and first name
- Order Number
- Payment Status: Paid or Pending
- Order Status: If you have custom order statuses set up, you can also search by order status and select them from an additional drop-down menu
When searching by the different parameters, you can also choose how many orders will display per page (e.g., 25, 50, 100).
After making your selection using the Search By drop-down menu and conditional fields, click on the Search button to show your results.
To view details of a specific order you can click on the Order Number. The Detail tab shows you the complete order information, including payment status, and customer email. The Status History will detail any status change made after the order has been submitted (such as when it switched from Pending to Paid).
All of your orders are available for you to review until you delete them from your account.
