How to Export Form Submissions as a CSV File

If you’re using the PhotoBiz Website Package, your Form & Contract Builder automatically saves all form submissions by calendar year. Whether you’re collecting orders, votes, registrations, or other types of responses—exporting that data is quick and easy!

Follow the steps below to download your form submissions as a CSV file:

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS from the menu on the left.

STEP TWO

At the top of the page, click on SUBMISSIONS.

STEP THREE

Choose the year and then select the form you want to export.

FINAL STEP

Click the EXPORT button to download a .csv file of your form responses.

Your CSV file will include all form fields and the submitted data—perfect for sorting, analyzing, or sharing!
