Overview
The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder stores every form submission sent by your clients or website visitors. You can choose to automatically send a copy of each submission to the person who filled it out, giving them a record in their inbox.
If you need to revisit a past submission, print a copy, or share it with a client, you can use the Document View feature. Once a form is submitted, the responses are saved exactly as entered and cannot be modified. This guide will show you how to access and use Document View for your form submissions.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.
This will open your Form & Contract Builder where all of your forms are managed.
Click SUBMISSIONS at the top of the Form Editor.
This section displays all form submissions that have been collected across your forms.
Click on the FORM NAME you want to view submissions for.
This will open a list of all submissions associated with that specific form.
Click on the individual submission you want to view.
This opens the full details of that specific submission.
Click the DOCUMENT VIEW button.
This will open a clean, formatted version of the submission that is ready for viewing, printing, or sharing.
Review the submission in Document View.
You will see a professionally formatted version of the completed form, including your branding and all submitted information. From here, you can print the submission or share its unique link with your client if needed.
