How to Delete a Form in PhotoBiz

If you’re no longer using a form and want to tidy up your list, you can delete it directly from your Forms dashboard. Just keep in mind that deleting a form is permanent and cannot be undone.

WARNING:

Deleting a form is permanent and cannot be undone.

If a form has submissions, you'll need to delete those first before the form can be removed.
If you want to keep the data but stop using the form, consider renaming it and setting an expiration date.
You can also create a form category called "Retired Forms" and move unused forms there. This helps you retain the data without cluttering your list of active forms.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Find the form you'd like to delete.
Click the checkbox next to its name, then click the DELETE button at the top.

STEP THREE

A confirmation message will appear based on the status of the form:

If the form has submissions:

"One or more of the forms selected have submissions linked to them.
Please remove all submissions from the forms first and try to delete the forms again.
Deleting submissions is permanent and cannot be undone."
If the form has no submissions:

"Are you sure you want to delete this form? Deleting a form is permanent and cannot be undone."

If you're sure you no longer need the form or its data, click YES, DELETE IT to confirm.
