Selling Digital Product Downloads in PhotoBiz ECommerce
You can sell downloadable digital products—such as PDFs, eBooks, presets, audio files, and ZIP folders—through the PhotoBiz ECommerce system. Each digital product can include one downloadable file, and you control how long the file remains available after purchase.
Digital Products in ECommerce are separate from Digital Images in Client Galleries.

You can also create multiple versions of a digital product at different price points by creating a separate product for each downloadable option.
Prerequisites
Before setting up a digital product, make sure you have:

Uploaded your digital file to the Files section of your PhotoBiz account.

Confirmed the file type is supported or zipped if needed.

Determined whether you need multiple versions of this item (for example: Standard Edition, Premium Edition, Bundle).
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Hover over SELL ONLINE at the top of your ECommerce panel and select PRODUCTS from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Choose a product you'd like to edit or click NEW PRODUCT to create a new one.
Good To Know: If you have multiple categories or pages of products, you can use the search bar to locate an existing product you want to add a download to.
STEP FOUR
Click the Digital Download tab.
In the Link To section:

Select File to attach a file you’ve uploaded.

Choose your file from the CHOOSE A FILE dropdown.
STEP FIVE
Configure your digital download settings:

Number of Days Download is Available – How long the link remains active after purchase.

Maximum Downloads Per Order – The number of times a customer may download the file.
Click SAVE CHANGES to update your product.
Offering Multiple Digital Product Download Options
If you want to offer different versions of a digital product at different prices—such as a basic file, extended version, or bundle—you will need to create a separate product for each download option.
Digital product downloads do not support variations or multiple file selections within a single product.

Lightroom Preset – Standard Edition

Lightroom Preset – Complete Bundle
Each product can have its own file, price, and download settings.
Additional Options / Helpful Notes

Supported file types include JPG, PNG, GIF, TTF, OTF, WOFF2, PDF, PSD, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, ICO, MP3, JS, CSS, and SVG.

Files larger than 50MB require the Original Files premium upgrade.

If your file type is not supported, upload it as a ZIP folder.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
My file does not appear in the “Choose a File” menu.
Make sure it is uploaded to the Files section and does not exceed your file size limit.
The customer did not receive the download email.
Verify the order status is marked Paid. You can resend the receipt from the order screen.
The download link expired.
Extend or resend the link from the order details page.
Can I offer multiple files inside a single purchase?
Yes—place all files inside one ZIP folder and upload that ZIP as your product file.
