With PhotoBiz Client Galleries, you can sell individual digital image downloads directly to your clients. This guide walks you through how to create digital image options in your ECommerce settings and make them available for purchase inside your galleries. You can add as many digital sizes as you need, and assign them to any price list used in your galleries.
If you want to sell multiple images together, such as an entire gallery or bundles of images, see How To Create Digital Packages.
After a client places an order and payment is complete, they receive an email with a download link.
The download link is valid for 7 days by default.
You can resend or extend the download link from the order details screen at any time.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
Hover over SELL ONLINE at the top of the control panel, then select DIGITAL IMAGES from the drop-down menu.
Click NEW IMAGE to create a new digital download product.
If you’ve already added digital images before, they will appear in this section for editing or review.
Configure your digital image details in the right-side panel that opens:
Name: Enter a clear title for this digital image option.
Price: Set the price you want to charge.
Resolution Options: Choose the file type you want to sell:
Web Resolution: Max 1500 × 865 pixels
Web Size - High Resolution: Max 3000 × 1730 pixels
Original File Size - Full Resolution (Premium Upgrade): Up to 50 MB.
Charge Tax: Choose whether this digital image should be taxed.
Active: Toggle this on to make the digital image available for sale.
Click Create Digital Image to save.
Your digital image sizes will now appear in your Digital Images list.
Add these items to any price list you want to use in your Client Galleries.
Once you've added Digital Images to a pricelist, clients will see them available in the side menu of their client galleries event similar to the screen shot below.
