How to Sell Individual Digital Downloads in PhotoBiz Client Galleries
With PhotoBiz Client Galleries, you can easily sell digital image downloads directly to your customers. This guide walks you through how to set up individual digital prints for sale using the ECommerce tools in your PhotoBiz account.

Important Info About Digital Downloads
• Once a digital image is purchased and payment is complete, the client receives a download link by email.
• The download link is valid for 7 days by default.
• You can extend or resend the download link in the order details if needed.
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Hover over SELL ONLINE at the top of the control panel, then select DIGITAL IMAGES from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click NEW IMAGE to create a new digital download product.
If you’ve already added digital images before, they will appear in this section for editing or review.
STEP FOUR
Configure your digital image details:
- Name – Give your image a clear and descriptive title.
- Price – Set the amount you want to charge for this download.
- Resolution Options – Choose which file type you want to sell:
Web Size (Low Resolution): Max 1500 x 865 pixels
Web Size (High Resolution): Max 3000 x 1730 pixels -
Original File: Available as a Premium feature (up to 50MB). You can activate this in your Premium Upgrades section.
Active – Toggle this option to make the image available for sale.
Charge Tax – Choose whether or not to apply sales tax to the item.
When finished, click ADD DIGITAL IMAGE to save your product.
Once a client has placed an order for a digital print, they will receive an email with a download link for their digital prints. The download link will not work until the order status is paid.

What Clients Will See
Once a client purchases a digital image and payment is confirmed:
- They’ll receive a receipt email with a download link.
- The file will be available to download from their receipt.
