With PhotoBiz Client Galleries ECommerce, you can sell individual digital images or digital packages directly to your clients. By default, digital download links remain active for 7 days after an order has been paid.
If your client did not download their files before the link expired, you can resend the download link at any time. Sending a new link automatically creates a new 7-day download window for the client.
Follow the steps below to resend and extend a digital download link.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click the NOTIFICATION icon located in the top right corner of your control panel.
The notification panel will open on the right side of the screen. Click the order you want to extend the download link for.
Inside the order details, click the DOWNLOADS button located in the upper right corner of the order window.
Click the name of the digital download you want to resend to your client.
You will see the option to update your client’s email address if needed. After confirming the email address, click SEND NEW DOWNLOAD LINK.
The new download link will remain active for 7 days from the time it is sent.
Once the new link has been sent, you will see a confirmation message and your client will receive the updated download link in their inbox.
