With PhotoBiz Client Galleries you can sell digital images and digital packages. By default, all digital file download links are valid for 7 days after the order is paid. This guide will walk you through how to extend the expiration date on a digital image download that your client did not download prior to the original expiration date.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on NOTIFICATION center on the top, right of your PhotoBiz control panel.
STEP TWO
At the top of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over the TRACKING section and click on ORDERS in the drop down menu that opens.
STEP THREE
Click on the DOWNLOADS button on the upper, right corner of the order.
STEP FOUR
Click on the name of the download option you want to extend the expiration date for.
FINAL STEP
You'll have the option to change the email if necessary and then click on SEND NEW DOWNLOAD LINK to resend the download link to your client. This link will also be valid for 7 days.
After you send the new download link, you'll have a confirmation and your client will receive the updated link in their inbox.
