How to Check Which Version of the PhotoBiz Website Builder You’re Using

Longtime PhotoBiz clients may still be using an older version of the PhotoBiz Website Builder. PhotoBiz 9 is the newest version and includes modern features such as SSL encryption, Ask PhotoBiz AI, image animations, scheduling tools, and improved performance. This guide shows you how to quickly check which version your website is using directly from your PhotoBiz control panel. By the end, you’ll know whether your site is already on PhotoBiz 9 or running on an older platform.

Good to Know

If you signed up for PhotoBiz after 2019, your website is already on PhotoBiz 9.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click DOMAINS in the left-side menu. This will open the Domains section where all connected domains for your account are listed.

STEP TWO

Locate your MAIN DOMAIN in the Domains list. Look at the platform label shown next to it. If your main domain displays PHOTOBIZ 9, your website is already using the latest version of the PhotoBiz Website Builder. If it displays a different label, your website is built on an older version of the builder.

FINAL STEP

If your site is not on PhotoBiz 9, you have the option to migrate. You can complete the migration yourself, or you can contact the PhotoBiz Support Team for assistance with the PhotoBiz AI Website Creator. Once migrated, your site will have access to the latest tools and features available in PhotoBiz 9.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

PhotoBiz 9 includes updated design tools, improved security with SSL encryption, enhanced image presentation options, Ask PhotoBiz AI, and built-in scheduling features. Migrating does not automatically change your existing design, but it does unlock newer functionality for future updates.
