All clients who are using PhotoBiz 9 as their website builder have the SSL encryption included with their membership so that their website is fully secure and encrypted, this guide will go over the most common issues that will cause your PhotoBiz website to show not secure.
Issue #1: Your Main Domain Name is live on an older version of the PhotoBiz website builder that does not support SSL encryption. You can easily check to see what version of PhotoBiz your website is built with by clicking on the DOMAIN option in the left-side menu of your account. If Your Main Domain shows html5, FLASH/HTML, or BLOG/STORE/BIZSITE then you'll want to get your site launched on PhotoBiz 9.
Solution: Migrate your website content to the latest version of the PhotoBiz builder and activate your SSL certificate.

Issue #2: SSL has not been activated on your account.
Solution: You can click on the domains tab in the left-side menu for your PhotoBiz account and activate the SSL certificate for your PhotoBiz 9 website. If your main website is not launched on PhotoBiz 9 yet, the SSL certificate will not apply to your website.

Issue: Your Domain Name Registration has expired with a 3rd party registrar.
Solution: Renew your domain name registration with your registrar and make sure your domain is pointed back to your PhotoBiz account. We can reset your SSL certificate once the domain name is back online.
