If we host your DNS records, you can request to have a DNS record added to your PhotoBiz account. The most common DNS records we receive requests for include:
- CNAME
- A Record
- MX Records
- TXT Records (examples: Google verification, Google Search Console, etc.)
- SPF Records
- DKIM Records
- DMARC Records
To request a DNS record, follow these steps:
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the PhotoBiz Assistant in the bottom right corner of your control panel.
STEP TWO
A menu will open on the right side. From here, you can submit a support ticket directly to our domain specialists on the customer support team. Select the following options:
- Product/Services: Account
- Subject: Domain & Email
- Description: Copy and paste the DNS records you need added.
Finally, click the green Send button to submit the request, and our team will add the records for you.
