How to Connect Your Domain to Flodesk (When PhotoBiz Manages Your DNS)
If you're using Flodesk for email marketing and your domain’s DNS is managed by PhotoBiz, we can help you get everything set up. Just follow the steps below to complete your domain verification.

DNS Changes May Take Time
Most DNS updates go live within a few minutes, but full propagation may take up to 48 hours to take effect across the internet.
STEP ONE
Log Into Flodesk and Get Your DNS Records
- Log in to your Flodesk account.
- Go to the Domain Verification section.
- Choose the option to verify your domain manually.
- Flodesk will display the DNS records you need to add to verify your domain.
STEP TWO
Log Into PhotoBiz and Open Your Domain Settings
- Log in to your PhotoBiz account.
- Click DOMAINS from the left-hand menu.
STEP THREE
Open the DNS Zone Editor
- In the Domains panel, find your domain.
- Click MANAGE DNS next to your domain name.
STEP FOUR
Add the DNS Records from Flodesk
- Click NEW DNS RECORD.
- Choose the record type (TXT, CNAME, etc.) provided by Flodesk.
- Copy and paste each record into the appropriate fields.
STEP FIVE
Wait for DNS Propagation and Verify in Flodesk
Once your records are added, Flodesk should recognize your domain after DNS propagation is complete. This process can take up to 48 hours, but is often much faster.
After propagation, return to Flodesk and complete your domain verification.
