If you're using PhotoBiz Version 9 or higher and your domain’s DNS is managed through AWS Route 53, you can add or update MX records directly from your PhotoBiz account.
What Are MX Records?
MX (Mail Exchange) records are DNS settings that tell email services where to deliver messages for your domain. You’ll typically need to update these if you're setting up a branded email address with providers like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, etc.
IMPORTANT: DNS management is only available if your domain is using AWS (Route 53) name servers. If your domain is still on our legacy Rackspace name servers, you won’t see the DNS management option.
Log in to PhotoBiz and Open Domain Settings
Open the DNS Zone Editor
Add a New DNS Record
