Whenever you receive a submission through your PhotoBiz website, a notification is automatically generated and stored in your account. Additionally, an email notification is sent to the designated email address. This system keeps you informed of all submissions, including those from your Form & Contract Builder, Client Galleries, Scheduler, ECommerce Orders, Quotes & Invoices, Conversations, and Blog Comments.
To ensure you don’t miss any notifications, it’s important to add emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com to your email’s contact list. This helps prevent notification emails from being filtered into spam folders by your email provider.
Notifications appear in two places within your PhotoBiz control panel: the home screen and the notification bell located at the top right corner of your account. You can view detailed information for all submissions by clicking on the notification in the notification center. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
At PhotoBiz, we send email notifications for various purposes, such as membership renewals, form submissions, client gallery activities, ecommerce orders, and more. We also use email validation to prevent our email servers from being marked as spam. If an email address rejects our notification email, it's marked as non-deliverable and added to a list of bounced emails. This helps maintain our email server's reputation for not sending emails to invalid addresses.
If you haven't been receiving PhotoBiz notification emails recently, please contact us through a phone call or live chat. We can check if your email address is marked as non-deliverable and help you restore your notifications.
HOME SCREEN NOTIFICATIONS
On the home screen of your control panel, you will see a breakdown of the notifications you've received. A red number will indicate any new notifications that haven't been viewed yet. You can click on the notification to open the right-side menu, which allows you to view and sort through your notifications.
NOTIFICATIONS CENTER
You can access your notifications from any part of your PhotoBiz account by clicking the notifications bell at the top right corner of your control panel. Clicking the bell will open the right-side menu, where you can view and sort through your notifications.
Depending on the type of notifications you've accessed, you'll see a list of new notifications, as well as any that you have previously read but not removed. The example below shows notifications from appointments.
FILTERING SUBMISSIONS
You can filter submissions using the dropdown menu at the upper right corner of your notifications list. You can also mark notifications as new, read, or delete the ones you no longer need.
On your home screen, notifications can be filtered by the following categories:
- ALL
- NEW
- ORDERS
- BLOG COMMENTS
- FORM SUBMISSIONS
- CONVERSATIONS
- CLIENT GALLERY COMMENTS
- APPOINTMENTS
- QUOTE APPROVED
- QUOTE DECLINED
VIEWING SUBMISSION DETAILS
You can click on any of your notifications in the right side menu to pull up the details for the submission.
