Email notifications in your PhotoBiz account are sent for various events, such as form inquiries, client gallery orders, and scheduled appointments.
To make it easier to identify these notifications, you can save the PhotoBiz Notification Server email as a contact in your email. However, be careful not to accidentally save a contact inquiry email, as this can cause all your notifications to appear as if they're coming from the same person.
To fix this, log into your email and check your contacts for emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com. If this email address is saved under a contact, simply remove it to ensure your notifications display correctly.
