Email notifications are sent out for many different items in your PhotoBiz account, including inquiries through your forms, orders from your client galleries, scheduled appointments, and more.
If you save the PhotoBiz Notification Server email as a contact in your email, it will show the name you have saved for each notification email. One thing we see from time to time is a client accidentally creates a contact from an inquiry notification email and all their notifications start to appear to be coming from the same person. This guide will walk you through how to remove the PhotoBiz email notification server address from your contact.
STEP ONE
Open CONTACTS app on your iPhone
STEP TWO
Search emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com in the search bar for your contacts on your iPhone.
STEP THREE
Tap on the contact that shows up as your emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com and tap the edit button on the top, right of the contact.
STEP FOUR
Scroll to the bottom of the contact and click on the DELETE CONTACT option to remove the saved contact from your iPhone/Apple Mail.
After you've removed the email server as a saved contact, you'll get a confirmation message that there's no longer a contact saved and your email notifications will be normal again.
