How To Embed VidFlow Galleries or Videos on PhotoBiz

Embedding a VidFlow Gallery & Video on Your PhotoBiz Website

If you're using VidFlow to deliver client galleries or videos and want to embed one directly into your PhotoBiz website, here's how to do it.

PhotoBiz is not affiliated with VidFlow. Our Passionate Support team can assist with adding an HTML block and inserting the code, but for questions about VidFlow settings, design, or functionality, you'll want to reach out to VidFlow support directly.

STEP ONE

GET YOUR EMBED CODE FROM VIDFLOW

For Galleries:

Log in to your VidFlow dashboard and open the gallery you want to embed.
In the left sidebar, click on the Deliver tab.
Scroll to the Embed on Website section and click Copy Code to copy the embed code to your clipboard.

For Individual Videos:

Open the project, then click on the video you want to embed.
In the bottom-left corner, click Share & Embed > Copy Embed Code.
The code is now copied and ready to paste into your website.

STEP TWO

OPEN THE WEBSITE BUILDER

CHOOSE YOUR PAGE

Click on the page where you want to embed the gallery, or create a new page.

There are two ways to add the HTML block to your page:

Option 1: Quick Add
Click the HTML icon on the right side of your screen. The block will automatically appear at the bottom of the page.
Option 2: Drag & Drop
Hover over the HTML icon, then click and hold.
Drag it to your desired spot on the page.
When you see a teal line appear, release your mouse to drop it there.
You can move it up or down later by dragging.

STEP FOUR

ADD YOUR CUSTOM CODE

Click inside the block, or click the pencil icon in the top-right corner.
Select Advanced.
A menu will appear on the right with a text box for your HTML embed code.

In the HTML editor that appears, paste the embed code you copied from VidFlow.

Click Save Changes when you're done.

The gallery will now be embedded on your PhotoBiz website! The embed code is responsive, so it will automatically adjust to fit different screen sizes.

TO EDIT OR REMOVE THE EMBED

If you want to make changes later:

Navigate back to the same page in your PhotoBiz Website Builder.
Click on the Custom HTML Block that contains the embed code.
You can edit the code or remove the block entirely.

Note: Any updates made to the gallery in VidFlow will automatically reflect on your website. There's no need to re-embed the code.
