The PhotoBiz Website Builder includes a Blog Builder that allows you to share recent sessions, promotions, tips, and updates with your clients and website visitors. This guide explains how to use the Text Editor Block inside your PhotoBiz Blog Builder to write and edit your blog post content.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click BLOG in the left-side menu.
You can create a new blog post, click on an existing blog post title, or use the search bar to locate an existing post that you want to add text to.
Click an existing text block, or add a new text block to your post.
You can add as many text blocks as needed within your blog post builder.
Design Tip: You can use the Duo Builder feature to drag text blocks side by side next to each other or next to image blocks to customize the look of your blog post.
You can now add Text to your Text Editor block. You can type in text, copy/paste from another source, or use Ask PhotoBiz AI.
If you don’t have your content prepared, click Ask PhotoBiz AI in the top-right corner of the text editor. PhotoBiz AI will generate customized content based on the prompt you provide.

When copying text from external sources (like Word documents or websites), use the following keyboard shortcuts to avoid formatting issues:
You can use Ask PhotoBiz AI to generate customized blog text automatically with one click.
In the text field, type what you’d like your blog post topic to be about, then click Ask PhotoBiz AI. PhotoBiz AI will use your Business Profile and the context of your page to create professional, on-brand content directly in your blog text editor block.
If your block already contains post content, PhotoBiz AI will reference your existing text to produce relevant updates or enhancements.
A PhotoBiz AI Request is when you type in a question or prompt inside your account, and our AI instantly generates text or content for you.
Every account includes 100 AI Requests each month at no extra cost. Your request count automatically resets on the 1st of every month.
If you ever need more than 100 requests in a month, you can easily purchase additional requests right from your control panel.
You can also type your own detailed prompt describing what kind of text you want. The more specific your prompt, the better the results.

Click Generate Text, then review and edit the results directly in the editor.
All AI-generated content is fully editable, so you can adjust the tone, style, and details as needed.
After you’ve saved your blog post text, it will appear in your Blog Builder preview. You can continue editing, rearranging blocks, or publishing when ready.
