How to Use the Block List in Your PhotoBiz Mailbox
With your PhotoBiz Mailbox, you can manage unwanted emails by blocking specific senders, domains, or IP addresses. Using the Block List helps you stop spam or other nuisance messages before they reach your inbox, keeping your mailbox organized, professional, and secure.
When to Use the Block List
You can use the Block List if you:
- Receive frequent spam or phishing emails from the same sender or domain
- Want to block emails from a particular company or address
- Need to prevent emails from a specific IP address for added security
Once added to your Block List, messages from those senders will be automatically filtered out and will not appear in your inbox.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz Mailbox at https://mailbox.photobiz.com
STEP TWO
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of your screen, then select Settings from the dropdown.
STEP THREE
Click on SPAM SETTINGS to access the spam controls for your mailbox.
STEP FOUR
Click the BLOCKLIST tab at the top and you'll have the option to block the following:
- Domains
- Email Addresses
- IP Address
STEP FIVE
You can add the email address (or domain) you'd like to block from sending you future emails. Paste or type the email (or domain) from email you into the pop up and click the add button.
FINAL STEP
You'll see your list of blocked email addresses updated with the ones that you've added. Click SAVE to update your block list.
How to Unblock an Email Address
If you accidentally block someone or want to remove a sender from your Block List, follow these steps:
STEP ONE
Go back to SPAM SETTINGS in your PhotoBiz Mailbox settings.
STEP TWO
Click the BLOCKLIST tab.
STEP THREE
Locate the email address, domain, or IP you want to unblock and click the trash icon or remove option next to it.
FINAL STEP
Click SAVE to confirm your updates. The sender will now be able to email you again.
