Set Up Email Forwarding from Your PhotoBiz Mailbox
This guide shows you how to forward messages from your PhotoBiz Mailbox to another email address.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Forwarded messages may take time to arrive based on your destination provider. If you want immediate access to your inbox in Apple Mail, Outlook, or another app, you can also connect your PhotoBiz Mailbox directly.

STEP ONE
Log In & Open Settings
Log into your PhotoBiz Mailbox at https://mailbox.photobiz.com using your email address and password.
In webmail, click the menu (three lines) at the top-right and choose SETTINGS.
STEP TWO
Open Incoming Mail
A pop-up will open with your Mailbox settings. Click on INCOMING MAIL in the pop-up menu.
STEP THREE
Access Your Forwarding Settings
Click on the FORWARDING tab to open your forwarding settings.
STEP FOUR
Turn On Forwarding & Choose Options

Forward to: Enter the destination email address where you want new messages sent.

Keep a copy in inbox (optional): Check this if you want forwarded mail to remain in your PhotoBiz Mailbox as a backup.

Schedule (optional): Forwarding is active at all times by default, but you can choose specific days and times if needed.
Click Save to enable forwarding.
Please Note:

You can forward email to a maximum of 4 addresses. If you're forwarding to multiple email addresses, be sure to separate each of them with a comma.

Forwarding may take 5–10 minutes to go into effect after activation.
FINAL STEP
Ensure Forwarded Messages Arrive Safely
Open the inbox of the destination email account (the one you’re forwarding to) and add your PhotoBiz Mailbox address to Contacts / Safe Senders. This improves deliverability and reduces the chance of forwarded mail going to spam.
Tips & Troubleshooting

Test it: Send a message to your PhotoBiz address from a different account and confirm it arrives at the destination inbox.

Don’t create loops: Don’t forward to an address that auto-forwards back to your PhotoBiz Mailbox.

Gmail/Outlook quirks: Some providers thread or de-duplicate similar messages; check All Mail/Focused/Other tabs and Spam/Junk if something’s missing.

Change or disable later: Return to SETTINGS > MAIL > INCOMING MAIL > FORWARDING to edit the destination, scheduling, or toggle forwarding off.

Alternate to forwarding: If you need instant access and two-way send/receive, set up your PhotoBiz Mailbox directly in your mail app instead of relying on forwarding. (See the “configure your mailbox on other mail clients” guide.)
