This guide will walk you through the steps to set up email forwarding from your PhotoBiz Mailbox to another email address of your choice.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Email forwarding may take some time depending on your email provider’s processing speed, so forwarded messages may not arrive instantly. If you want to check your PhotoBiz Mailbox quickly from other mail apps, such as Apple Mail or Outlook, it's very easy to set up.

STEP ONE
Log into Your PhotoBiz Mailbox Webmail & Access Your Email Settings
Log into your PhotoBiz Mailbox at https://mailbox.photobiz.com using your email credentials.
Once you're logged in, you can access your mailbox settings by clicking on the 3-line hamburger menu at the top-right corner of the webmail control panel.
STEP TWO
Access Your Incoming Email Settings
In this section, you'll find the option to turn on email forwarding. Enter the email address where you'd like to forward messages from your PhotoBiz Mailbox.
You also have options to:
- Save a copy of the forwarded email in your PhotoBiz inbox (helpful if you want to keep a backup).
- Set specific times when you'd like forwarding to be active.
Once you've configured your forwarding settings, click the Save button to enable email forwarding to your preferred email address.

Avoid Spam Filters
To ensure you receive forwarded messages, log into the inbox of the email address you’re forwarding messages to and save your PhotoBiz Mailbox address as a contact. This helps prevent any messages from being marked as spam.
