How to Update Your Identity for PhotoBiz Mailbox
If you want to change what your outgoing PhotoBiz Mailbox email messages are showing of if the wrong information is being displayed, you can easily update your identity settings in your PhotoBiz Mailbox. This ensures that your name and email address display correctly on messages you send.
STEP ONE
Go to your PhotoBiz Mailbox at https://mailbox.photobiz.com and log in.
STEP TWO
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of your Mailbox, then select Settings from the dropdown.
STEP THREE
In the settings menu, click on Composing Email to open your email composition preferences.
STEP FOUR
Click on the Identities tab. Here you will see a list of identities linked to your mailbox.

You can edit or delete any existing identities.

Make sure your (Default) identity is updated to the information you want displayed when you send emails.
STEP FIVE
You can configure the following:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Reply To
- Default Signature
Click OK to apply your updated Identity.
FINAL STEP
Make sure your Identity is set as default and click Save to apply it to your settings.
