Having a blog and creating posts is a great way to interact with your customer base and attract new clients. Regularly posting and updating your blog, as well as sharing it on social media, can help maintain and improve your SEO.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your blog post title will automatically generate the direct URL for your blog article once you publish it.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on BLOG in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the NEW POST button.
STEP THREE
The right-side menu will open. Enter your POST TITLE and AUTHOR, then click CREATE POST to begin building your blog post content.
STEP FOUR
Click on the ADD A TAG link on the upper left side of your blog post if you want to add tags to organize your posts. Tags help categorize posts by session type, promotions, styles, etc., and can also be used to display specific posts in blog blocks across your website.

Type in your blog tag and click on ADD TAG to put your tag in place. Then, click on SAVE CHANGES to add the tag to your blog post.
STEP FIVE
You can now start adding your blog content. By default, your new post will include two sections: one for text and one for images.
Click on Click To Add Text to enter your text content and Click To Add Images to upload images.
Additionally, you can add any of the following blocks to your blog post:
- TITLE: Add a header or subheader to your post.
- TEXT EDITOR: Insert or edit your written content.
- IMAGES: Upload a single image or a gallery of images.
- VIDEO: Embed video content to enhance your post.
- BUTTON: Add a clickable button for a call to action (e.g., "Read More" or "Shop Now").
- DIVIDER: Use a horizontal line to separate sections of your post visually.
PHOTOBIZ AI FOR BLOG POST COPY
When you're in the text editor, you can use PhotoBiz AI to generate text for your blog post. Simply click on Ask PhotoBiz AI and provide a prompt. Here are a few example prompts:
- What to wear for a great family portrait session
- What to expect during an on-location photography session
- What a newborn photography session is like for new parents
- Tips on making the best of your senior photography session
- Tips on getting the best headshot
Click the Generate Text button, and PhotoBiz AI will create copy based on your prompt.
Once the AI generates the text, you can review it, make edits, and click Save Changes to finalize it. If you're not satisfied, you can submit another prompt to generate new content.
FINAL STEP
When you're ready to make your blog post live, click on the PUBLISH button at the top right corner.
PRO TIP
You can preview your blog post before publishing your post by clicking on the link at the top of the blog post builder at any time before publishing the post.
You can choose from the following options:
- DRAFT: Saves the blog post on your control panel as a draft to be edited and not available on your live blog.
- SCHEDULE PUBLISHING: This option allows you to display a blog post with a date that has already passed or you can schedule the blog post to publish itself in the future.
- PUBLISH NOW: Publish the blog post immediately
