How to Set Up Your Business Profile in PhotoBiz
The Ask PhotoBiz AI tools are built into your PhotoBiz Website package and can help you write website content, create meta descriptions, generate alt text, and more with just a click.
Ask PhotoBiz AI uses your Business Profile details to personalize recommendations and create content tailored to your brand. This guide will show you how to set up and edit your Business Profile in your PhotoBiz account.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on BRANDING from the left-hand menu.
Tip: If you’re new to PhotoBiz, you can also click Set Up Your Branding from the Website Checklist on your dashboard.
STEP TWO
Scroll down to the Business Profile section of the Branding area.
Your Business Profile tells Ask PhotoBiz AI about your business so it can create content that matches your style and services. Fill out the following fields:

Business Name – Example: Jenn Smith Photography

Location – Example: Boston, Massachusetts

Specialty / Services – Example: wedding photography, family portraits, videography

Your Style / Approach – Example: “I love capturing candid moments and making people laugh.”

Brand Voice – Choose from the drop-down menu:

FINAL STEP
Scroll to the bottom of the Branding page and click Save Changes to update your Business Profile.
Your details will now be used by Ask PhotoBiz AI to generate personalized content, blog ideas, and SEO suggestions for your website.
