Your Business Profile helps PhotoBiz AI understand your business, services, location, style, and brand personality. PhotoBiz AI references this information when generating personalized content throughout your PhotoBiz account.

Your Business Profile is one of the sources of information used by Ask PhotoBiz AI, the PhotoBiz AI Website Creator, Page Creator, Draft Sites, Blog Post Creator, and Email Marketing Campaign Creator. Completing your profile helps these tools create content that better reflects your business and the services you offer.

You can update your Business Profile at any time as your business changes. This guide explains how to complete your Business Profile, select your brand voice and design style, and save your information for future AI-generated content.

Why Your Business Profile Matters

PhotoBiz AI references your Business Profile to help generate more relevant, personalized content throughout your account. Your business name, location, services, creative approach, and brand voice provide useful context for the content it creates.

Your Business Profile helps PhotoBiz AI with:

SEO Titles, Meta Descriptions, and Meta Keywords: Generate search engine information relevant to your business, services, and location.
Image Alt Text: Create descriptive alt text for website and blog images using available image and business information.
Schema Markup: Provide business information that PhotoBiz AI can reference when generating structured data to help search engines understand your website.
Ask PhotoBiz AI: Write, rewrite, and improve content throughout your PhotoBiz account.
PhotoBiz AI Website Creator: Generate website pages, written content, and foundational SEO information using your business details.
PhotoBiz AI Page Creator: Create individual website pages with personalized content and SEO information.
Draft Websites: Reference your business information when using AI Website Creator to build a redesigned website.
PhotoBiz AI Blog Post Creator: Generate blog posts based on your services, specialties, and brand voice.

STEP ONE

Open Your Branding Settings

This opens your Branding settings, where you can manage your Business Profile and other business information.

If your Business Profile is incomplete, you may see a notification at the top of your control panel:

"Your Business Profile is incomplete. Fill it out to ensure PhotoBiz AI creates content that accurately represents your brand."

You can click the link in this notification to access your Business Profile.

If you're new to PhotoBiz, you may also see Set Up Your Branding in your Website Checklist.

STEP TWO

Complete Your Business Profile

Scroll to the BUSINESS PROFILE section of your Branding settings.

Complete the following fields with information about your business. Be specific and use details that accurately describe your services, personality, and how you work with clients.

YOUR BUSINESS NAME

Enter the name you want to appear on your website and in AI-generated content.

Example: Jenn Smith Photography

LOCATION

Enter the city and state where your business is based or where you serve clients.

Example: Greensboro, North Carolina

SPECIALTY / SERVICES

Describe the types of services your business provides. Include your main specialties so PhotoBiz AI understands what you offer.

Example: Wedding photography, family portraits, newborn photography, and senior portrait sessions.

YOUR STYLE / APPROACH

Describe what makes your business, creative approach, or customer experience unique.

This field has a 500-character limit, so focus on the details that best represent how you work with clients.

Example:

I specialize in natural, candid family photography. My sessions are relaxed and fun, helping families feel comfortable while capturing genuine connections and meaningful moments. I focus on beautiful natural light and timeless images that families will treasure for generations.

BRAND VOICE

Select the writing tone that best represents your business from the BRAND VOICE dropdown menu.

Available options include:

Polished and Professional: Clear, refined, and professional communication.
Friendly and Casual: Warm, approachable, and conversational language.
Fun and Playful: Energetic, lighthearted, and engaging communication.
Artistic and Expressive: Creative, descriptive, and personality-driven language.
Calm and Elegant: Gentle, sophisticated, and reassuring communication.

Your Brand Voice helps PhotoBiz AI understand how you want your business to sound when generating written content.

BRAND DESIGN STYLE

Select the option from the BRAND DESIGN STYLE dropdown menu that most closely matches your business's visual style.

Available options include:

Editorial Luxury
Minimal
Bold Contemporary
Warm Organic
Classic Traditional

Choose the option that best represents your brand. You can change this selection at any time.

FINAL STEP

Save Your Business Profile

After completing your Business Profile, scroll to the bottom of the Branding page and click SAVE CHANGES.

Your Business Profile information is now saved and available for PhotoBiz AI to reference when generating new content throughout your account.

If you previously saw an incomplete Business Profile notification and have completed the required information, the notification will disappear.

You can return to BRANDING at any time to update your business name, location, specialties, style, brand voice, or design preferences.

Helpful Notes

Keep Your Business Profile Updated

If you change your services, relocate, or adjust your branding, update your Business Profile so PhotoBiz AI has accurate information about your business.

Be Specific About Your Services and Approach

The more relevant details you provide, the more useful your Business Profile will be when PhotoBiz AI generates content.

For example, "Outdoor family photography specializing in candid portraits and natural light" provides more direction than "Professional photographer."

Your Business Profile Does Not Automatically Update Existing Content

Updating your Business Profile makes the new information available for future AI-generated content. It does not automatically rewrite existing website pages, blog posts, or email marketing campaigns.

Review AI-Generated Content Before Using It

PhotoBiz AI can help you create content more quickly, but you should review the results to make sure they accurately reflect your business, services, location, and customer experience.

Business Profile vs. Business Information

Your Branding settings include two separate sections that serve different purposes:

Business Profile: Provides information that PhotoBiz AI can reference when generating personalized content.
Business Information: Contains business contact details that may appear on orders, invoices, forms, receipts, and client communications.

Updating your Business Profile does not automatically update the contact information stored in your Business Information section.
