How to Connect ChatGPT to Your PhotoBiz Account Using Cloud Browser

Overview

ChatGPT can help you work directly inside your PhotoBiz account using its Cloud Browser feature. Instead of copying content from ChatGPT into your website, you can ask ChatGPT to navigate your PhotoBiz dashboard, review website content, and assist with supported tasks.

To get started, you'll need to use Work mode in ChatGPT, sign in to your PhotoBiz account through Cloud Browser, and complete two-factor authentication (2FA) to verify your identity.

This guide explains how to securely give ChatGPT access to your PhotoBiz account, start working with your website, and manage access when you're finished.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, you'll need:

  • A ChatGPT account with access to Work mode and Cloud Browser.

  • Your PhotoBiz account email address and password.

  • Access to your PhotoBiz two-factor authentication method.

ChatGPT Work and Cloud Browser are available on eligible paid ChatGPT plans in supported regions. These features are not currently available on Free or Go plans. Availability may also depend on your ChatGPT workspace settings.

Important: ChatGPT and Cloud Browser are third-party services provided by OpenAI. PhotoBiz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OpenAI.

STEP ONE

Open ChatGPT and sign in to your account.

Start a new conversation and select WORK mode.

You must use WORK mode to access your PhotoBiz account through Cloud Browser. A standard ChatGPT conversation does not provide this browser-based account access.

STEP TWO

Once you've selected WORK mode, tell ChatGPT that you want to access your PhotoBiz account.

For example, you can enter:

"Go to my PhotoBiz account and help me review my photography website. Ask for my approval before making any changes."

ChatGPT will use Cloud Browser to open the PhotoBiz website when needed.

If ChatGPT requests permission to access the website, review the website address and approve the request to continue.

STEP THREE

When ChatGPT reaches the PhotoBiz login page, it will prompt you to sign in through Cloud Browser.

Enter the email address and password associated with your PhotoBiz account using the secure sign-in form.

Important: Never enter your PhotoBiz password or verification codes directly into a ChatGPT conversation. Only enter this information through the secure Cloud Browser sign-in process.

According to OpenAI, login credentials entered through the secure sign-in form are sent directly to the browser and are not visible to the ChatGPT model.

STEP FOUR

After entering your PhotoBiz login credentials, complete the required two-factor authentication (2FA) process.

Follow the authentication instructions provided during login to verify your identity.

You'll need to complete this security step before ChatGPT can continue accessing your PhotoBiz account.

Two-factor authentication helps protect your account by requiring additional verification beyond your email address and password.

FINAL STEP

Once you've successfully signed in and completed two-factor authentication, ChatGPT can continue using your authenticated PhotoBiz session.

If you took control of the Cloud Browser during login, follow ChatGPT's instructions to return control so it can continue your request.

You can now ask ChatGPT to navigate your PhotoBiz dashboard, review website content, or assist with supported tasks.

For example, you could ask:

"Review the content on my photography website and suggest improvements to my page titles, descriptions, and written content. Do not make any changes without asking me first."

ChatGPT can then review the available information and provide recommendations or assist with supported changes based on your instructions.

Helpful Tip: Start by asking ChatGPT to review your website without making changes. This allows you to become familiar with how Cloud Browser works before asking it to update anything.

What Can ChatGPT Help You Do in PhotoBiz?

Once ChatGPT has access to your PhotoBiz account, you can ask it to assist with different aspects of your photography website.

Examples include:

  • Website Content: Review existing text, improve headlines, proofread pages, and help update descriptions of your photography services.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Review page titles, meta descriptions, and website content to identify potential SEO improvements.

  • Blog Posts: Help draft, review, and organize blog content for your photography business.

  • Website Organization: Review website pages and navigation to identify opportunities to improve the visitor experience.

  • Content Updates: Help revise existing text to better reflect your photography style, services, and brand.

ChatGPT's ability to complete these tasks depends on Cloud Browser compatibility and the features available within your PhotoBiz account. Some actions may require your approval or additional steps.

Always review AI-generated content and website changes to make sure the information is accurate and reflects your business.

How to Manage ChatGPT's Access to PhotoBiz

You can control which websites ChatGPT is allowed to access through Cloud Browser.

To manage website permissions, open ChatGPT SETTINGS and click CLOUD BROWSER.

Available permission settings include:

  • Always Ask: ChatGPT requests your permission before accessing a website.

  • Auto Approve: ChatGPT reviews website addresses and requests approval when a website appears unsafe.

  • Always Allow: ChatGPT can access websites without requesting permission each time. OpenAI does not recommend this as a general setting.

You can also create permissions to allow or block individual websites.

Allowing ChatGPT to access PhotoBiz does not automatically approve every action it attempts. ChatGPT may still request your confirmation before completing important changes.

How to Sign ChatGPT Out of Your PhotoBiz Account

ChatGPT's Cloud Browser maintains its own website login sessions, separate from the browser you normally use on your computer.

If you want to remove your saved PhotoBiz login session, open ChatGPT SETTINGS and click CLOUD BROWSER.

Click BROWSER DATA, locate the saved data for PhotoBiz, and clear it.

Clearing the saved browser data signs the Cloud Browser out of your PhotoBiz account.

The next time you ask ChatGPT to access your PhotoBiz dashboard, you'll need to sign in again and complete any required authentication.

Please Note: Signing out of PhotoBiz in Chrome, Safari, or another browser on your computer does not automatically sign you out of the separate Cloud Browser session.

Helpful Notes

You Must Use Work Mode

Cloud Browser is available through ChatGPT Work mode. Make sure you've selected WORK before asking ChatGPT to access your PhotoBiz account.

Your Login Credentials Stay Private from the ChatGPT Model

When you enter your PhotoBiz credentials through Cloud Browser's secure sign-in form, your email address and password are not visible to the ChatGPT model. Never share your password or authentication codes directly in a conversation.

Your Login Session May Be Saved

After signing in, Cloud Browser may maintain your authenticated PhotoBiz session for future tasks until it expires or you clear its saved browser data. You may not need to sign in every time.

Some Tasks May Require Your Assistance

Certain website functions or security restrictions may prevent ChatGPT from completing an action automatically. If this happens, ChatGPT may ask you to take control of the browser or complete a step manually.

Review Important Changes

Always review changes to your website, especially those involving pricing, service details, contact information, account settings, or other information your clients rely on.
