How to Use PhotoBiz AI to Generate Text for Your Website

Overview

PhotoBiz AI helps you create professional copy for your photography website directly inside your PhotoBiz account. You can use Ask PhotoBiz AI to create new text, rewrite existing text, or generate copy from your own custom prompt.

Ask PhotoBiz AI uses details from your Business Profile, including your brand voice settings, to help create content that fits your business. This guide explains the three ways you can use Ask PhotoBiz AI in the Website Builder and how to save your updated copy to your live website.

Before You Start

Before using Ask PhotoBiz AI, make sure your Business Profile is up to date. Your Business Profile gives PhotoBiz AI important details about your business, services, location, audience, and brand voice.

To update your Business Profile, log in to your PhotoBiz account and click BRANDING in the left-side menu. Review your business details and make any needed updates before generating website copy.

How Ask PhotoBiz AI Works

Ask PhotoBiz AI can help you create website copy in three ways.

You can click the Ask PhotoBiz AI button in a blank text field to create new copy based on the page you are editing and the details in your Business Profile.

You can click the Ask PhotoBiz AI button when existing text is already in the editor. PhotoBiz AI will scan the current text and rewrite it based on the content in the text editor and your Business Profile.

You can also click the text below the Ask PhotoBiz AI button to enter your own custom prompt. This allows you to give PhotoBiz AI specific instructions for the type of content you want it to create.

What is a PhotoBiz AI Request?

A PhotoBiz AI Request is counted when you submit a prompt or use PhotoBiz AI to generate content inside your PhotoBiz account.

Each month, your account includes 100 AI Requests at no extra cost. Your request count automatically resets on the 1st of each month.

If you need more than 100 AI Requests in a month, you can purchase additional requests directly from your control panel.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

This opens your Website Builder, where you can manage your website pages and content blocks. Click the page where you want to add or update text.

STEP TWO

Click the Text Editor Block or Text + Image Block where you want to use PhotoBiz AI.

Ask PhotoBiz AI is available inside supported text editing areas. You can use it to create new text, rewrite existing text, or generate copy from a custom prompt.

STEP THREE

Click into the text editor where you want to add or update your copy.

If the text field is blank, you can click the Ask PhotoBiz AI button to generate new copy based on the page you are editing and the details in your Business Profile.

If the text editor already contains copy, you can click the Ask PhotoBiz AI button to have PhotoBiz AI scan the existing text and rewrite it based on the current content and your Business Profile.

STEP FOUR

Choose whether you want to use the automatic option or enter your own custom prompt.

To use the automatic option, click the Ask PhotoBiz AI button. This allows PhotoBiz AI to generate or rewrite copy based on the text editor, the page you are editing, and your Business Profile settings.

To write your own instructions, click the text below the Ask PhotoBiz AI button. This opens the custom prompt option, where you can describe the type of text you want PhotoBiz AI to create.

For example, you can ask PhotoBiz AI to:

  • Write a bio for a family photographer with 10 years of experience
  • Describe wedding photography services with a focus on candid moments and natural light
  • Create text for a senior portrait pricing page
  • Rewrite an existing About page to sound warmer and more personal
  • Create a blog post about what to wear for an engagement session

The more specific your prompt is, the better your result will be.

STEP FIVE

Review the generated text and make any needed edits.

The content created by PhotoBiz AI is fully editable. You can adjust the wording, add personal details, remove anything that does not fit, or make changes so the text sounds more like your business.

We recommend reviewing all AI-generated text before saving it. This helps make sure names, services, pricing details, locations, policies, and other business information are accurate.

FINAL STEP

When you are happy with the text, click Save Changes.

Your updated copy will be saved and applied to your live website. Visit the page on your website to review how the text appears to visitors.

Additional Options and Helpful Notes

PhotoBiz AI works best when your Business Profile includes clear and accurate information about your business. If your generated text feels too generic, review your Business Profile and add more details about your services, photography style, location, ideal clients, and brand voice.

You can use Ask PhotoBiz AI for many types of website copy, including:

  • Home Page introductions
  • About page text
  • Service descriptions
  • Pricing page copy
  • Blog Posts
  • Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Session preparation tips
  • Calls to action
  • Short promotional text

Ask PhotoBiz AI is a writing assistant. You should always review the content before saving it to your website, especially if the text includes service details, package information, dates, policies, pricing, or location-specific information.

Troubleshooting

Why does my generated text sound too generic?

Your Business Profile may need more detail. Update your Business Profile with more information about your business, services, location, ideal clients, and preferred tone. Then try generating the text again.

Can I edit the text after PhotoBiz AI creates it?

Yes. The generated text is fully editable. You can change the wording, remove sections, add personal details, or rewrite parts before saving.

Can PhotoBiz AI rewrite text I already wrote?

Yes. If your text editor already has content, Ask PhotoBiz AI can scan the existing text and generate a revised version based on the current copy and your Business Profile settings.

Can I tell PhotoBiz AI exactly what I want it to write?

Yes. Click the text below the Ask PhotoBiz AI button to enter your own custom prompt. This allows you to give PhotoBiz AI specific instructions for the type of content you want to generate.

Does saving the text publish it to my website?

Yes. Clicking Save Changes applies your updates to your website. There is no separate publish button.
