If you're offering local pickup—like in-studio or at a set location—you can easily set up a free pickup shipping method in your PhotoBiz ECommerce account. This gives your customers the option to skip shipping fees and pick up their orders directly from you!
Here’s how to set it up:
STEP ONE
Log In
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the ECOMMERCE tab in the left-side menu.
This opens the ECommerce control panel for your account.
STEP TWO
Go to Shipping Settings
At the top of the screen, click on the PAYMENT tab, then select SHIPPING from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Add a New Shipping Method
Click the NEW SHIPPING METHOD button.
STEP FOUR
Set Up Your Free Pickup Option
Fill out the form with the following details:

Name:
Enter something like Free Pickup In Studio or Local Pickup—whatever feels right for your brand. This is what customers will see at checkout. -
Description (Optional):
This is a great place to let customers know when and where they can pick up their order. For example:
Pick up your order at our studio—123 Main St. We'll email you when it’s ready! -
Price:
Choose Flat Shipping and set the price to $0.00. -
Exclude Additional Shipping Charges:
Select Yes to make sure this option stays completely free, even if you’ve added extra shipping charges to specific products.
