With PhotoBiz Scheduler, you can offer the ability for your clients to book online or you can book their appointments for them. This guide will walk you through how to add offline scheduler appointments for your clients.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the SCHEDULER option in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on SERVICES at the top of your SCHEDULER control panel and then click on the name of the service you would like to book for your customer in your account.
STEP THREE
Click on the hyperlink below the name of the Service.
This is going to take you to the page for your service scheduler and allow you to book your client's session for them.
STEP FOUR
Select the date and time of the appointment that your clients are requesting.
FINAL STEP
Under BOOKING INFORMATION enter your customers name, email and phone number and click on BOOK NOW.
If your booking service requires a payment, you'll be able to enter the check out process for the client as well.
This will get your customer's appointment scheduled, send them a confirmation email, and into your workflow if you're using the email automation with the scheduler service your customer has booked for.
