In your PhotoBiz ECommerce control panel, you can set specific photo requirements for products that need clients to select a certain number of images before checking out. This feature is perfect for products like photo albums, canvas wraps, collages, and fine art prints, where clients must choose specific images.
Once the required number of images is selected, the client can complete their order and proceed to checkout. The images selected will be associated with the product in your order notification, including their file names and thumbnails.
Important Note: If a product doesn’t have photo requirements, there will be no file names or thumbnails linked to it in the order details, as clients won't be able to add images to the product.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left side menu.
Mouse over SELL ONLINE and click on PRODUCTS in the dropdown menu.
You can either create a new product and set the photo requirements immediately, or use the search bar or scroll to find an existing product. Click on the product name to add or update the photo requirements.
Scroll down to the Photo Requirements section in your product settings.
Enter your Minimum and Maximum photo requirements:
Once you've set the requirements, click Save Changes to apply them to your product.
