With PhotoBiz ECommerce, you can sell albums and photo books directly to your clients through your website and Client Galleries. This guide will walk you through how to create these products step-by-step.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
At the top of your control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE and select PRODUCTS from the dropdown menu.
Click the NEW PRODUCT button to create a new product.
Pro Tip: You can organize your products into categories to keep things neat. If you change your mind later, you can drag and drop products into a different category.
Fill out the details for your album or photo book:
Product Name: The name of your album/photo book (as it will appear online).
Description: Details that help clients understand what they are purchasing.
Price: The cost of the album/photo book.
Charge Tax: Choose whether sales tax should apply.
Charge Shipping: Decide if shipping charges will be added.
Additional Shipping Cost: Add any extra charges beyond your standard shipping rate.
Minimum Photos: The smallest number of photos required to print the album or book.
Maximum Photos: The largest number of photos the product can contain.

Active: Toggle this on to make the product available for sale.
When you’re done, click Create Product.
After creating your product, you’ll see additional options to customize and enhance your listing:
Showcase your albums and books by adding images:
Go to the Images tab.
Upload new product images, insert images from your clipboard, or choose from the stock image library.
Once you’ve added images, click on the image thumbnail to add a title, caption, or alt text to your product images.
