How to Use Bulk Actions for Client Galleries in PhotoBiz
The PhotoBiz Website Package includes Client Galleries, which let you create private, password-protected galleries to share, proof, and sell your client images. Bulk Actions in Client Galleries allow you to quickly apply settings to multiple events at once, rather than having to update them individually. This guide will walk you through the available Bulk Actions for your Client Galleries.
💡 IMPORTANT NOTE
When you apply a Bulk Action, it will update the selected events with the settings you've chosen immediately. If you change your mind, you’ll need to either apply another Bulk Action or update individual events manually to reverse the changes.STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.Â
STEP TWO
Click on the Category and select the Events you want to apply the bulk action to.

To select all events in a category, click the checkbox next to the category name.

To choose specific events, check the boxes next to the galleries you want to include.

To exclude certain galleries, simply uncheck them.
STEP THREE
Click on the BULK ACTIONS button to see the available options for your selected events. You can choose from the following Bulk Actions:

EXPIRATION DATE: Change the expiration date for all selected events.

PRICE LIST: Assign a price list to all selected events.

ALLOW FREE DOWNLOADS: Update the free download setting for your selected events.

DOWNLOAD RESOLUTION: Change the resolution for free downloads in the selected events.

COVER PAGE EMAIL COLLECTION: Choose whether or not to collect email addresses at the cover page for the selected events.
Once you’ve made your selections, click APPLY CHANGES to update the selected events.
